Can judges please come down this hard on LED headlights? Blind is blind regardless of whether it's a laser or LEDs.

I have a lot of negative feelings about it but grateful I can understand my life better now. So many things about her, and about my own past behaviour make sense now.

I was in my early 40s when I realized my childhood was very abnormal because my mom is a narcissist. Took a lot of time to sort through all that.
