Even though it's was like 10 years ago, I still thank my lucky stars that I'm not taking phonecalls from panicked idiots who scream that they "NEED" to set up a drop shipping store in the next 12 hours to be able to sell stuff on Black Friday.

In 2001, working the night shift at Burger King, I was in charge of removing all the disposable aluminum ash trays we had in our "smoking section", which consisted of the three tables furthest from the food service counter, and our Manager's office, which was a 7x7 cube with opaque air.

The time between me deploying a set of docs for a new feature and how soon I forget anything I just learned is actually quite incredible.
That might be the source of the emptiness I feel after shipping. That void, however, is the main source of documentation strategy and operations at this company.
