Skip sent me a $15 coupon to try them again. Use it towards an order but the driver marks my ordered as delivered without showing up.
I contact their support, they literally say "Thanks for enjoying the coupon", we can't reinstate it. I am without dinner, have to pay full price to reorder.
Technically it was an emergency landing as it couldn't fly anymore after being hit, it had to land ASAP
