i still get so profoundly uncomfortable and anxious and dysphoric in public spaces that it outpunches my entire handful of anxiety meds incl benzos...5 years on hrt next month btw

i still power thru it and force myself out there, exposure therapy style, bc i still have to get stuff done. sometimes it goes ok and sometimes it's just as bad as usual but it's always exhausting. because how can you put your guard down when it's like this

dreamt i was at a show in a parking garage where people were "moshing" with CARS, just driving around and crashing into each other and the pillars holding the building up. it was kind of cool but i was sorta panicking about getting outta there without being run over

when we lived in the middle of nowhere there was a beautiful mimosa tree in the furthest corner of our backyard outside the fence. my parents warned me of snakes in the tall grass but i'd walk thru it anyway and climb the tree just to sit and hopefully watch butterflies enjoying the flowers

Ive been trying to use chalk pastels by applying them with a makeup brush so my hands dont get dirty… i think it would look nicer if i had different colors of ink for my lines though
