What I love about AEW is that, while it's certainly a capitalistic enterprise, it's promoted by a wrestling fan concerned with making art for wrestling fans. It has never been clearer in 2025 that WWE is concerned with slinging wrestling-flavored slop to make a buck.

WWE Survivor Series: War Games saw a wrestling style designed with one purpose: to get everyone to The Road to Wrestlemania.
In that sense, it was successful.
If there's no blood and you can escape for most of the War Games matches, I don't get the purpose of the cage.
