One thing that I’ve come around on in comics is it used to seem corny and childish that a bunch of guys would call themselves the Legion of Doom and meet in an old castle where they’d be like ”hiss let us defeat the ideas of hope and love hiss” but that’s what they’re actually doing in real life lol

the mechanic of switching between spongebob and patrick on the fly is satisfying and the game seems to utilize their unique abilities constantly so changing between them creates nice flow state.

what i appreciate about level design is that i feel like everything is more intuitive in terms of how objects and objectives are placed and that it consistently rewards your curiosity. the game doesn't seem to be a traditional collecthathon but something in-between linear and more open-ended

damn this demo is beefy. but yeah i like it quite a bit! i feel like general control/gameflow is improved even further from the cosmic shake, animations even more frequent and fluid, there's more stylistic touches to the visuals, and level design is very fun.

at this point spongebob has more consistent track record in 3d platformers than some characters that were made to be 3d platformer mascots. do whatever you want with this information

really, my only issues might just be related to the fact that it's demo and the final game will be more polished in those regards. pop-in when you just enter a new location is distracting, and some level elements glitch out of existence upon interacting with them for the first time.

there was one very good post that basically outlined that most people who use chatgpt are stuck at using its free version and peak of its usage comes during the months of school and college exams, after which it drops down. they arent getting enough out of it
