The Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC) urgent appealing to children’s authors, writers and publishers to donate stories to its new bedtime stories app.

The charity relies on stories in the public domain but are running out of books.

This was a first for me! I came across this adult wood pigeon feeding its squab by regurgitating its crop milk in Shrewsbury’s Quarry this afternoon. I knew that’s what they did but had never seen it happening - amazing! 🐦 #wildlife #Britishwildlife #birds #Shropshire

Since being widowed I’ve found reading books very hard but listening to books can be done while doing other things so I’ve joined audiobooks on Libby my library app & I need recommendations for a good listen not Val McDermid as I’ve listened to nearly all of hers! Perhaps a different genre? TIA!
