I swear to God the state bird for the state of Tennessee should be a clapped out Dodge charger on the side of the highway.

Maybe in Altima but it should be one of those two vehicles for the state bird. And it's got to show the highway in any kind of picture

These are the Republicans with a sense of morality then we need. They're going to get death threats, going to get a lot of crazy fucking people looking at them and their familys.

They may not have always made the right choice, but today they made an excellent choice that puts them in danger.
Indiana’s Senate has voted AGAINST the GOP gerrymander that’d have locked in a 9-0 map.

This keeps the 7-2 map in place, saving two Democratic seats heading into 2026.

The vote failed big, 19/31.

The MAJORITY of the GOP senators opposed it!

Well God damn it... Now I can't watch that one Steve Gutenberg movie about ghosts.

Seriously though, why are all the celebrities trying to make us hate them.

In the film, Neeson—a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador—calls the COVID-19 vaccines “dangerous experiments.”

This is a true failure of a football coach - not getting millions of dollars to fuck off.
"His buyout earlier this month was just shy of $14 million. But since the school has fired him for cause, the Wolverines will avoid having to pay Moore's buyout altogether."

I recently was invited as an "influential" scholar in Higher Ed by @chronicle.com to talk about future trends I find troubling... I'm super concerned over Pell purchasing power and borrowers' loan repayment options.

Also....what a group to be part of...

Hahahaha some days I'm pretty happy he's so stupid..

But Cuellar should have never gotten the pardon and should never be back in a position of power....

Still, I guess this is a hilarious outcome if I have to live with and eat this shit sandwich
More ketchup on the walls of the White House today.

After Trump pardoned him with the expectation that he’d switch parties, Democrat Henry Cuellar’s #TX28 district shifts from toss-up to Lean D.

To be fair, it's possible many university upper-admins would fail this test.

Haha I joke, friends. But seriously, a few would.
The President is bragging again about passing a basic cognitive exam they give to determine if your brain still works.
Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.

So people in the #SAVE forbearance will have to switch - no date yet. Who is confident in EDs ability to process these switches before people get screwed over?

I'm talking to borrowers on other filing concerns RE: #PSLF and moving from SAVE to other programs before the flood.

Zero confidence, here
