There’s a reason why they do Restaurant Week this time of year.

Example - pic taken today at 5:53p, Shelter at The Roost (not doing RW nor would make sense for them to). Not a soul at the bar or the high tops in middle (about 6 ppl seated on sides, more in rest of The Roost)
