People don't understand the term "morally grey character"

They'll write a straightforward good guy who sometimes swears and does cheeky or 'bad' things - but exclusively to outright villains.

At best, they've written a white knight in a grey overcoat.

There's some thought that the Cornish Piskies (Piskys/Pixies/whatever) were an early explanation for autism.

They were said to sneak in and replace peoples' children with changelings, and it was easier for someone to blame the supernatural than to accept their child might be a little different.

In response, we put Three Lions on the jukebox. Of course, it prevents you from putting the same song on repeat - luckily, there are (at least) 4 versions of Three Lions. We put them all on a cycle
