Good news!
The NHS will offer long-acting injectable PrEP.
6 jabs a year offers almost 100% protection against HIV acquisition.
Currently the plan is for limited rollout, for those unable to take PrEP pills. Better if it were offered to all.

Great to hear of your epic trip. Did something similar raising money for cancer research in the 90s by cycling from Leeds to Edinburgh. I think I prefer the sound of Aberdeen to Mallaig although I think the hills would have been more challenging!

Difference between a leader and a manager in my opinion. A leader would be proud of a team member feeling safe and empowered to contribute and credit them when due.

Stumbled across this mesmerising small tree at NymansNT today. I believe it is the Japanese alpine cherry (Prunus nipponica). I'm now obsessed with this tidy shrub. Will have to come back in Spring to see the blossom. #prunusnipponica #gardens #autumn
