It's actually based on two contest winning fan designs: Yamata no Orochi 3-60 Flat and Orochi Kurosu 0-50 Magne Rush.

I've used the built in gif function on here and it always supplies alt text that looks like that. An average of about 6 words, no punctuation, no motive for the post, often missing multiple important details that would give context for its use.
