Hey, new followers.

I’m Daniel. I’m a postulant (priest-in-training) from the Episcopal Diocese of New York and I’m at seminary in Alexandria, Virginia.

I’m originally from England and despite that wasn’t Anglican until about 4 years ago.

I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and support reproductive rights.

That has been my experience also. I'm very lucky to work for the Center for Anglican Communion Studies at VTS and to host our visiting bishops. So many wonderful servants.

Nigeria can pitch a fit if they want but the majority of Anglicans are in provinces that allow women bishops. Including several GAFCON provinces.

End of history-style “Hello children, we literally just achieved our perennial dream of peace. We’re going to try to teach you everything we know and ensure you won’t be like we were” was the closest we came to being a normal society.

It’s why I refuse to be too negative about that era.
