Every morning I get in some Korean practice by eavesdropping on what the kids are saying in the classroom. About what they did last weekend, funny gossip about their families, fanciful adventures with the toys.... now I have a great grasp on Korean vocabulary, for a four-year-old that is. 😂

Nights like this remind me to breathe. When everything feels loud inside, I have to pull my mind back to center. I quiet the thoughts, I slow the spiral, & I reach for comfort. A good meal, show I love, a page that settles me. Anything that helps the noise fade so I can breathe again.
