I'm sad to report that I've deleted my car radio presets to @q1043.bsky.social and deleted the @iheartradio.bsky.social app from my phone after hearing Kristi Noem's hateful anti-"illegal" immigrant propaganda. I've been a listener since they changed to classic rock a thousand years ago.

I'm going to be a Peter Davison guy my whole life but I did really enjoy Colin Baker's run as well. I'm still a little angry about how he was treated. Everything I've heard about Colin says he's really great.

She *speaks* really well, like in a physical way. Lovely precise diction, very few "ums", quite perfect. *What* she says is stupid or bad or both, but she says it really nicely.

Sure, there are some people who just like to pay less. Maybe they haven't looked ahead enough to see that ultimately it's worse for them. But there are also a lot of people who could pay more but then they'd have to cut back somewhere else, and cheaper clothes are the compromise.

I think the framing that Americans "don't want to pay so much" puts too much blame on the individual. Plenty of people *can't afford* to pay so much. This is a race to the bottom.

Israel's actions in Gaza constitute genocide. The fact that they're possibly backing off now doesn't change that.

PS: I find people like to argue that all artists copy, and this is true. Especially artists working on deadline for money, but all artists start out copying to learn. The earliest drawings I remember making were traced from Disney books. But artists are supposed to MOVE ON from that. AI never will.

Unfortunately I suspect most of those people aren't sincere and are only in AI art for a quick buck. They'll move on when there's a new trend with a field of fresh marks. 6/6
