The only way we turn this ship around is to reach these voters. If you're in the "fuck them" crowd, you're part of the problem, not part of the solution.
If a governor wants to activate their state's national guard using their state's payroll to conduct law enforcement in their own state -- that's one thing.
If those troops are however federalized, paid from US Treasury or sent to another state without that gov's permission, it violates federal law.
