When my stomach is acting up (i dont have chrons but i got POTS and HEDS which causes stomach issues that they label as sensitivity and ibs) i just drink soup and eat crackers or toast with some butter since its all i can really handle. Also Gatorade or electrolytes to stay hydrated :)
