something about modern graphical fidelity has made fighting game stages worse in a way i cannot explain
the kof99 park stage is literally just a park in the rain but you can feel through the screen how painstakingly made it was, i feel like remaking this in a 3D game would be incredibly boring

Finally got around to trying Fighting Layer on Arkadyzja, amazing game, rollback worked incredibly smoothly, but I was most surprised at the sharks out there in these games.

I skipped a bunch of these because I never got into 3D games or Mortal Kombat. You know what game I love? Double Dragon for the NeoGeo.

I think this is the only fighting game the series ever got, and it's... loosely tied into the live-action movie.
