This angers me in ways I can’t describe. My entire career I was shushed, marginalized, and demeaned for things my male coworkers could do without any thought. Yet, when they needed answers or someone who could work well under pressure, they had no problem delegating to me.

I'm a gardener for decades and have lived very frugal ... the best way imho is grow or purchase whole foods along with dry good, like lentils, raisons, whole oatmeal, dried beans, chickpea's, brown rice .. and learn how to cook simple savory meals starting sauté onions, celery, peppers and carrots
