I have a crackship idea but I'm hesitant to share it until we find out who Lute is. Racial disparities in kidney issues affects Black ppl all over. Like, racism is literally built into nephrology algorithms that determine who should get care first & who shouldn’t (spoiler alert, if you’re black it automatically pushes you downward on that list)
