No. Nononononono. It is not built on _knowledge_, it it built on _data_. And not everyone's experiences are available as data, many communities are excluded.

Si le PQ veut faire l'indépendance et remporter les 50% nécessaires au 'oui' dans son référendum, il va bien falloir qu'il montre que sa priorité, c'est de faire l'indépendance du Québec comme grande communauté, pas seulement de plaire aux réacs de Québecor et son jambon en chef PKP.
