Got to love how stuff like improving access to opportunity for marginalised people has been "political correctness gone mad" for my entire life but now that human social progress has finally been utterly defeated it turns out that, for fascists, even sans-serif typefaces are politically incorrect

I have to work on a revise and resubmit that I have been putting off for ages because the reviewer really lays into the piece for style & structure reasons & ... they are totally right! it is really badly written and I cringe so hard when I start working on it that I have to go and do something else

thinking about this has reminded me that the cross-examination of me in Forstater v CGD was based on the proposition that the reason I was giving evidence at all was attention-seeking and ... I think it is pretty clear from how things have unfolded which one out of the two of us likes attention lol
I don't mind changing in public I have done it a lot on beaches, by rivers &c. But it annoys me that I am characterised by the cis as having some kind of attention-seeking/imposing-my-fetish-on-them thing going on yet it is THEM forcing ME to expose my hermaphrodite body to their prurient gaze. 2/n

Wowee this (Cross) is the EHRC's lawyer arguing in court that a trans-inclusive women's loo is *discriminatory against cis men* because the men's might have a queue which trans women can skip HAVE YOU NOT NOTICED WHICH LOO HAS THE QUEUE OUTSIDE IT BACK IN THE REAL WORLD KISHWER MAYBE FIX THAT??
33/ Cross suggested that perhaps they are not side by side, and there might be a queue. The judge responded that a queue would be transient and would not amount to direct discrimination.
