Today I learned that my 34 year old partner has never seen an avocado before, because his parents never bought one and he never knew what they looked like. They asked if this was a date when I pulled it out of the bag 😂

Recently I entered perimenopause, or the intersex version of it anyway. When I got my labs they showed low estrogen and for the first time ever, low testosterone. My sex drive died completely over the last year. I'm on HRT now. Plus side, I have a sex drive again. Down side, I have a sex drive again

I have a Gen X colleague who only ever talks to me when she wants something, but she always starts the convo with small talk and fake niceties and it drives me fucking nuts. Just tell me what you want so we can both get back to work, I do not care about your ass kissing 😑

My power bill keeps going up even though my usage is down and we have solar panels, and my local energy company can't tell me why. I know it's because I'm paying for the fucking AI data center in Liberty Lake

The local manager of a small airline fleet says he is the only one doing evacuations right now!

NEW: There’s a disaster unfolding in Alaska right now. And no major network is covering it.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

At least 20 are missing. No comment from any federal agency.

To no one's surprise, it's come out that the South Shore raid was performed in cooperation with the landlords, who wanted an excuse to evict everyone so they could sell the property, which will be developed into luxury apartments. Always follow the money.

All the videos we see of ICE/police/military assaulting people on camera are happening because they know they will face no consequences for their actions. They're breaking the law because they believe the law no longer applies to them. What kept them in check before was fear. Now they have none.
