Paramount Skydance in a literal sense does not have the income, or even the valuation, to purchase WB. The only way they could do it at the amounts they're offering is by taking out multi-billion loans that'd put them in debt many times more than they're even valued at.
Even Warner Bros itself has a higher valuation than Paramount Skydance, so none of this makes any sense.

We don’t need more candidates pulling the 2020 Sanders strategy of “if everyone doesn’t drop out I only need 30%”. Nor more attempts by white candidates to create rules about “corporate” donors & Super PACS that disproportionately hurt minority candidates, which they ignore themselves (2020 Warren).
