Glad you enjoyed it but I fucking hated how "Netflix" it felt, GDT completely missed the point of the novel because he wanted to make Frankensteins creature a near perfect character.
I know Mary Shelly would be rolling in her grave

It's pretty stupid but I had a great time with this, was grinning like an idiot at a certain part. Love that it's not afraid to have a body count.

I got to see the GDT Frankenstein but I left it kinda pissed off because it completely missed the point of the novel.

Frankenstein killing the people he loves by accident is a metaphor for what Mary Shelly went through and this adaptation completely misses the point.

Handy for anyone getting a 10 ticket package (I will be seeing Chainsaw Man in 3D while this is on)

Between HT, CSM, Frankenstein and Bugonia 35mm I'm probably going to see at least 15 films this weekend if not more.
