Here's a thought... If you notice a friend or family member struggling (in person or online), why not just directly ask the person if they're okay and if you can do anything to help? By-passing them completely to go ask their spouse or other family what's up with them is just shitty & pot-stirring.

Does anyone else have a family that only shows care and interest in you when you're doing something they like or approve of, otherwise you get ignored and forgotten, or only thought of or contacted when they need something? Just me?

I love they still play that Hershey's Kiss handbell commercial like 30+ years later. I used to be in the bell choir back then and every year I hear/see it, it brings up so many memories when life was so much better. Makes me want to cry every year.

Not spending more money to buy a ticket to an event & time/money traveling to finally get a personal apology from someone.
