I will not discourage students from doing what's best for their education, but an absence is just that, nothing more. They can't escalate a punishment that won't follow you after graduation just because of the message. It's about damn time for some good trouble.

Where is our national press? The government has been shooting at and harassing clergy for months. This used to be a red line. The reality is their red line moved, not yours. They’re cowards.
ICE attacked an observer after they tailed a group of clergy on a spiritual pilgrimage.

I highly recommend making the switch. Social media is about sharing a space to discuss thoughts, not to make others' thoughts fodder for an LLLm's training data.
