You might not have caught what just happened on the Senate floor, but the Senate just “deemed as passed” the Epstein resolution.

That means as soon as it arrives from the House, it automatically passes the Senate (with no amendments) and heads to the President’s desk.

Wow.

1/ This week, SCOTUS will hear Trump’s tariffs case, arguably one of the most important all term. It’s important to understand that this is not a case about tariffs in general or whether they are good policy. It’s about whether Trump had the authority to impose them.

Alejandro Juarez arrived for his immigration appointment and was detained, placed on the wrong plane, sent to Texas, and told to walk across the border to Mexico.

This story is absolutely WILD. Alejandro Juarez, who was previously fired from the Trump Golf Club in 2019 after a story turned up that he was undocumented and working there, ended up deported to Mexico earlier this year by mistake — he was put on the wrong plane and deported without a hearing.
Alejandro Juarez was supposed to be transferred to an ICE facility in Arizona.

He has a court hearing in October.

Instead, DHS put him on the wrong plane -- and deported him to Mexico.

One of the craziest stories I've reported w/

Here’s the original clip of Ronald Reagan from April 25, 1987, where he delivered a complete and total rebuke against tariffs. Trump's calling Reagan’s words here “FAKE” and “fraudulent.” They’re 100% real. And the original clip is actually far worse for Trump, as much is left out of the ad:
