In the 1960s CK would have been the voice arguing against MLK's want for civil liberties, and would probably take it further by arguing why segregation is good, and the economy suffered because slavery ended.

On the side he'd call for the rolling back of women's suffrage, too.

I think if your 'difference of opinion' is spending years promoting if not outright inciting cruelty and malice towards already down-trodden, disenfranchised and vulnerable groups of people, it shouldn't be shocking when that malice is returned in kind to a lethal degree.

I think it's a bad idea if prosecuting lawyers want to aim for 'aggravated assault with a deadly weapon' charges against Raja Jackson (implying the deadly weapon is his fists because he trains MMA).

There's a danger the court throws it out imo.
