Fundamentally having dopamine and norepinephrine production and regulation issues means that your brain is an confusingly designed gas guzzler of a car and everyone just bootstraps their day-to-day every day. Thinking is work. Waking up is work. creative stuff is work. Basic care tasks are work.
just because I don't think enough people are aware: adhd has a /massive/ impact on your ENERGY to do any mental labor and that does include just motivation to do anything

Binders can cause some issues if worn for long periods of time; HOWEVER, they are way safer to wear than DIY binders made of, say, ace bandages just as an example!

I'm not familiar with the rest of them but Shapeshifters.co is a TINY business and made all of my binders before I had top surgery. They're amazing and don't have lawyer money I suspect because: tiny.
