The Ukrainian General Staff confirms strikes on the Saratov Oil Refinery and several Russian military logistics sites. A fire broke out at the AVT-6 processing unit at the refinery. In occupied Luhansk, targets included a logistics warehouse in Rozkishne and a fuel convoy in Dovzhansk.
