If I’m not mistaken, it’s now a single command utility for that. It used to be a multi steps process.
If you’re unsure about incompatibility, check WhyNotWin11. It’s way more helpful for understanding the specifics of why you may not be allowed.

It doesn’t happen often that I get into a software / operating system redesign and dislike it. However, Liquid (Gl)ass in iOS 26 is the probably the first one I disliked from the start with no change. 🫠
I’m excluding here anything functional / ergonomic. Strictly focusing on looks / aesthetics.
