Trying to get my heart rate to go back to a normal rest rate so I can go to sleep tonight. Out of nowhere it jumped to 113 bpm while trying to sleep...

... I'm not trying to stress myself tonight, just trying to sleep and be calm

Was talking to my MD spouse about the Tylenol-autism kerfuffle. Her take was insightful. Now, pregnant women with fevers will be afraid to take Tylenol to stop their fevers. And ironically, it's the fevers that might be responsible for fetal neurological maldevelopment.

So far I've lost about 7 lbs since I started losing weight from the heart attack. Got a few more to go but I think I can get to 255 by next year at a steady pace.

First day of taking my new pills for helping my heart from this heart attack two weeks ago.

Survived a heart attack Thursday and when people say they see things in the halfway of life and death it's true.

Saw my aunt, heard my uncle or Grandpa talk to me, and saw someone trying to tell me to cross, but my aunt telling me it's not my time.
