Saturn Mode basically has a proto-roguelite meta progression structure where your accumulated weapon upgrades, extends, and continues carry between runs, allowing you to work your way through the game slowly even if you're not all that good at dodgin bullets

i'm very partial to the Aleste games
GG Aleste is a really good first 1CC to attempt because it's a really fun game and a pretty breezy 1CC
If you like Ikaruga/Treasure then the Radiant Silvergun's Saturn Mode (exclusive to that port) is a really good way to make your way through that game

I've been bedridden for the last 10 months, unable to work as I try to get a surgeon and insurance lined up for my operation to let me work again.

MSRP is $25 which, when you can buy an 8Bitdo Ultimate 2C for $30 or the wired version for $20, is just not a good value as that's a far more premium feeling controller with more features

I bought the Flydigi Dune Fox the other day on a whim for $12, shocked by how much I like it.
Hall effect sticks, shockingly nice dpad, good buttons. Definitely feels a little cheap but for $12 I don't mind.
I wouldn't pay MSRP tho
