protein bars: helps with that 3-2-1 mentality... you get stuck in some village and can't get away from the CTF, you need something.

earplugs: if you do the 3-2-1 thing, your roommate snores, or you're right next to the speaker at whatever party

throat lozenges (you're gonna yell/talk a lot, plus, air conditioning wreaks havoc on sinuses and throats)
