I was literally just talking about how rejection sensitive dysphoria is one reason why I think I’m not desirable as a partner. Then, boom! I get suspended on an FB group for saying something wrong that I could have phrased better and now I’m spiraling.

one thing i’m stuck on is this idea that “masculine” energy means license to act like a chud in public, as opposed to more traditional notions of public masculinity, such as those that put a premium on the performance of integrity, honesty, honor and generosity.

Is it a bad sign if I’m lightheaded, my vision is blurry and I feel weak and have not quite fainting spells? I don’t want to have to go to the ER, so I’m really hoping that proper sleep resolves this.
