Late to #TheArchers this evening as I was out seeing Al Stewart at the Bristol Beacon. This is his Farewell Tour. He was 80 in September. Oliver Stirling might be interested 🙂

Agreed. But Clarrie & Eddie should have gently confirmed that, as he thought, he had said the wrong thing, rather than saying it was all fine. Otherwise, how can he learn? #TheArchers

I'm wondering if it might be the latter. Since Pat & Tony bought Bridge Farm, we don't know of any tenanted whole farms in Ambridge. #TheArchers

Pip & Stella are destined to take over Brookfield, possibly quite soon, now David is talking about not dying with his boots on.

He wasn't all bad, I thought. He gave more prominent parts to the older female characters, especially Jill, who had fallen virtually silent. Patricia Greene was pleased. She said it was the most interesting stuff she'd been given to do, after decades married to Phil & chained to the Aga. #TheArchers
