I am back from traveling and have a new chapter of proofreader Ghost and author Soap! Got a lot of writing done on those four hour airplane rides, a very nice distraction the entire while. :)

Don't forget to rest this holiday season!
It's not selfish to need a break. Especially my fellow chronically ill homies.
Its ok to step outside for a few minutes, or even skip a gathering cause you know it's going to be too much or cause a flare-up.
Take care of yourselves, youre worth it. ❤️
