Sometimes I do a little writing. Likes bizarro fiction, puzzle games, wrestling, and analog horror. My eyes are fucked so I only read 4 books last year (but I also read hundreds of comic collections). Lives in Providence, RI

This guy is rad.
Ahmed al Ahmed, the man who tackled one of the Bondi killers, became an Australian citizen 3 years ago.

His deed was "his way of conveying his gratitude for staying in Australia, for being granted citizenship."

He took 5 bullets, and fears he'll lose his left arm.

The only purpose that X now serves is to find out what Nazis are whining about today.
Dear Bluesky liberals. Come back to Twitter. Please. PLEASE.

Elon's little serfs are quite literally begging journalists to come back because every publicly available source of data shows people have fled the platform and young people won't use it.

They are literally begging regular people to come back. Don't do it! It is a website by and for actual Nazis!

Up to episode 3 in the new season of Stranger Things. Still don't like it. This is why I'm now so hesitant to start watching a new TV show. It used to be great.

I think the most illustrative example of why AI is so terrible are those fake animal videos. Sure, let's drain the fucking oceans to create videos of animals being funny, something you can easily experience by being near any given animal for 5 seconds

I liked the finish to Cena's retirement match (but I have no emotional attachment to him and I dislike WWE).

Truly incredible that someone so intelligent can also be so overwhelmingly stupid at the same time. Perhaps more people worked on the puzzle design of The Witness than I thought.

Might go to the library and the convenience store today. Hope I don't get murdered by the Brown shooter.

This is what happens when the FBI is run by two right-wing conspiracy theorist podcasters who spent the last 11 months purging almost anyone with institutional knowledge from the bureau. They're going to keep fucking this kind of thing up.
BREAKING: Authorities will release the person of interest in the Brown University shooting, officials said, as the investigation continues.

I went back to playing The Talos Principle 2, and I'm just not so into it despite the first game being one of my favorites. Although the puzzles are very clever, many of them seem tedious.

I only feel safe because I don't look Jewish. I put most of the blame on Benjamin Netanyahu. No one has done more to fuel antisemitism during the last few years than him. The actions of the Israeli government has made us all unsafe.

Manhunt underway in my city. The street that my window faces is empty. It's usually pretty busy around this time.

Might watch Saturday Night Live tonight for the first time in years considering how much I loved Sarah Squirm's stand-up special. It's going to be a Peacock sort of night.
