Sometimes I do a little writing. Likes bizarro fiction, puzzle games, wrestling, and analog horror. My eyes are fucked so I only read 4 books last year (but I also read hundreds of comic collections). Lives in Providence, RI
Have you read Barry Darsow's book?

I’m not sure if Dan finds all this information useful.

Bizarre weirdos taking a shit post seriously?

I’m glad a kept watching. I watched 1 episode of Collision on HBO Max early in the year and I wasn’t a fan at first.

Wow. Why didn’t you watch a weekly episode for free instead?
December 16, 2025 at 11:05 AM
You paid or someone else did?

While I would compare episodes of Being the Elite and Ring of Honor to tie-in issues. You can skip them without missing anything that’s significant to the stories.

As a comic reader, it’s more like only reading the final issue of an event miniseries.

Then they miss all the stories

I got into it through watching the weekly shows on HBO Max. A lot of people don't have the time.
December 16, 2025 at 9:10 AM
Or maybe Chris Morris directed episodes instead.
December 16, 2025 at 7:38 AM
I couldn't get into that. I really like Chris Morris' shows and he wrote a bunch of episodes but I didn't get that far. Barry and The Righteous Gemstones were good.

Maybe I'm not in its demographic but I liked Girls.
December 16, 2025 at 7:31 AM
Yeah, it was great. But the first episode of I Love LA was not.
December 16, 2025 at 7:27 AM
Although I'll still watch ANY hour-long drama that's on HBO on Sunday nights. Except for the upcoming Harry Potter show.

People who have never watched AEW before aren't going to pay $40 for a PPV.
