SNAP is not the reason your taxes are high.

SNAP recipients don’t need to “just go get a job”.

Most of them work. The rest are disabled, elderly, children or caregivers.

People need & deserve assistance

Your taxes fund wars and tax cuts for the ultra rich

Be mad about that

America’s diversity of natural scenery & landscapes is one of its brightest elements.

It’s a travesty to throw them away to score corporations a quick buck.

Some of y’all continue to forget that billionaires sow division & chaos so that we fight for scraps while they hoard more & more wealth.

Stay focused.

SPECIAL REPORT: A large swath of the U.S. currently does not have the basic, ground-level immunity necessary to stop the spread of viruses that had once receded into the past, a six-month NBC News investigation in collaboration with scientists at Stanford University finds.
Data investigation: Childhood vaccination rates are backsliding across the U.S.
A monthslong NBC News data investigation finds that much of the U.S. doesn't have the protection needed to stop the spread of deadly diseases. St. Louis is a window into the problem communities face nationwide.

Dark woke is blue pilling Republicans into thinking intentional government spending on infrastructure is cool.
The administration is putting up signs that say, "President Donald J. Trump" and "Rebuilding America's Infrastructure" at worksites funded by the 2021 bipartisan bill.

I feel for her.

She isn’t the first person to let childlike wonder like souvenir collecting manifest into a manic moment.

Losing the ball clearly set something off deep down & rational emotional regulation washed away.

So the Dad became an avatar for her pain.

Just sad stuff.

Thankfully after the Marlins treated the kid with a goodie bag.

“Parents know best” - not always!

Countless medical professionals, backed by decades of immunization research, know best.

Knowing best is recognizing when you’re out of your depth & placing your trust in someone more qualified.

Weaponizing fandom is nasty work.

If sports uphold enough of your emotional wellbeing to induce this behavior, your values need a hard reset.

Medical research repression, cloaked as a righteous anti-pharmaceutical holy war, remains the GOP’s most tactically harmful campaign.

Ignoring world-changing findings to stroke the egos of an elite few too lazy to conduct actual research is LUNACY.

Lives will be lost needlessly.

National Guard deployment makes zero impact on crime prevention.

No job creation, grocery store installation, housing construction, school activity investment - nothing that addresses root causes.

It’s a headline stunt to feed the GOP’s over-militarization obsession.

Funny how the GOP supports the electoral college because it supposedly balances rural & urban influence.

But it’ll gladly dismantle geographically-logical districts, forcing reps to blend different community needs unnecessarily.

And all to appease a wannabe autocrat.

A reminder to check @opensecrets.org & see who your representatives are truly fighting for.

58% of her funds stem from corporate interests, NOT her constituents!

Willingly distancing people from vaccines is one of the most tangibly dangerous.

Our insistence on discarding the best & brightest is astonishingly self-destructive.

How lucky are we to have institutions in our backyards to recruit & retain community-altering talent.

Corporate greed has blazed an irreparably-damaged trail on our planet.

But we’ll, collectively, opt to sacrifice existential preservation for short-term convenience.

And stick our heads in the sand hoping we’ll never have to reap what we sow.
