My moonshot prediction is that the crux of the narrative is going to be about Morgan not really caring about any outcomes for her, but feeling extremely strongly for reasons she can't admit to herself that Serra avoids any consequences

I say this because I've spent a not inconsiderable amount of time wary of just using "Move and slide" because it feels bad, not realizing that it only feels bad because if your characters coming at a wall at 15 degrees or lower they just stop dead against it by default

Like if you want your player character to be really weighty and have some very "real" feeling physics to them, sure, but 90% of games just aren't gonna have that

I'll never understand why the default "slide on wall" angle in Godot isn't 0 degrees, I can't think of a single instance where coming to a dead stop against a wall rather than sliding off it feels good outside of games where being sluggish is the point
