Homeless guy approached me outside the train station. Asked if I could spare any cash for food. There was a Halal cart on the corner so I told him I didn’t have cash, happy to get him food. Got him a gyro and drink.

Charged it to the expense account and gave the cart owner a 100% tip on the Corp.

If you're a writer/other creator in the United States, consider creating an LLC for your business and then signing up for a local area Chamber of Commerce. Many of them have health insurance plans that pool their members and members of other CoCs to create insurance efficiencies relative to ACA.

No not at all. I am, however, a hirsute kinda guy. Creatine is a common ingredient in most pre-workouts these days. If it caused hair loss I think it'd be big news.

I am not currently supplementing with it, but I have done so several times in the past. I do think it can help with recovery between sets and does at least *seem* to help me get one or two more reps on working sets. It also causes some water retention in me (so weight goes up).
