The mail made my day:

I was supposed to receive this a little over a YEAR ago. Filed a missing mail report after the first week late, USPS eventually told me they gave up.

Yet somehow, some mail person followed through.

"Just tell them" is such an underrated piece of advice for telegraphing dangers in RPGs.

"How can I hint that the hallway is trapped? How can I hint that if they defeat the dungeon lord, they become the next dungeon lord?"

Just tell them. Tell them out loud. With your words.

All but 2112 needed some repair, but we’re rockin now.
Only Signals is still wonky, and weirdly, only on my nicer player.

When a PC has more features than can be easily written on a double sided piece of paper, it makes sense to use a digital sheet. When you can't easily add custom features to that digital sheet, it makes sense to choose from the options that are native to the platform. I think it's intentional.

My best guess now is that they decided pre-DH launch that they would be using 5e, and then didn’t want to spoil the fun when DH turned out to get wayyy more attention than they expected, hence the seemingly late announcement.

This is the one big new game I have yet to even scratch the surface of!

I recently tried with the PDF, but decided I’d rather wait until I have it in my hands. Even then, I’ll probably get around to that Delian Tomb QuickStart before I’ve digested the core book. But it’ll happen eventually 👍

I see this sentiment a lot, and while I definitely agree, I have to recommend that, realistically, even taking a weekend or just an afternoon to completely unplug and enjoy the outdoors can go a long way! :)
