At this point, it’s quite clear that Trump, Noem and ICE officials won’t do anything to stop the lawlessness and abuses we see on America’s streets almost every day. Judges can only do so much. It’s time for state/local law enforcement to step up. If these thugs violate the law arrest and prosecute.

Looks like U.S. Attorney Box-o-Wine owes me money. (She owes taxpayers more money for wasting everyone’s time on a sandwich.) Sandwich Guy’s acquittal should make DOJ think twice about the cases it’s bringing. It won’t though because this administration is both fascist and stupid in equal measure.
It’s hard to give you an expert take not being there and not watching jury selection. If I had to bet, I would bet not guilty because I think this case is really stupid, Trump and ICE aren’t fan favorites in DC, and the standard in criminal cases (even stupid ones) is beyond a reasonable doubt.
