And they have the new low-profile mouth masks now, the really comfortable type, which works and is extremely small, so you don't feel like a TIE Fighter pilot.

Insurance will give you a generic machine (is okay), but they must give you a mask that doesn't hurt or can't breathe with it.

It is wildly worth it. I had years of bad sleep, actually stopping breathing, & morning headaches. No more.

They will give you a generic machine that will do the job, but really fight to get the proper mask: if you are a mouth breather, the nose type is completely useless, get the mouth cover type.

Holy crap, they bundled me up like a mummy and put me under sedation! I'm not sure what happened next, but I guess they went clot hunting.
Then I was moved to Recovery and finally allowed to eat something. I've been kind of out of it since, and only now feeling more awake.

Last day with the studio AC on, just brought the heaters in, finishing part #3 of this 9 day character design project,…

Quetiapine (Rx),… I did the insomnia thing a few years back, I didn’t care for it at all. Tried everything, doc finally recommended Quetiapine at 600mg (normally 100mg), boom, sleep.

Just an fyi if you gonna try the meds route one day. Plus you and Joe be careful doing the election process, btb.

He is a mangaphile, has all the classics, one of his friends was a colorist in "Akira", and tries to drag me to the Manga/Anime side on every occasion.

Then I discovered Dr. Slump/Shirow's art, and I like their overall style (Dominon's character design is just delightful), so I am mildly "infected"

I tried, I really, really tried, but... ┐ಠ_ಠ┌

My bro and I were bombarded by "Mi mono Amedio y Yo" and "Mazinger Z" in Barcelona as little kids. I couldn't get past why all the characters looked the same, and the tech of Mazinger Z seemed too hooky even as a kid.

Oh, but my brother gobbled it up.
