If most blacks vote Democratic, how do you gerrymander based on partisan politics and not race? How do you slice up districts by party affiliation without also slicing them up by race? Has Texas managed that? Did they prove that in court arguments? Or did they just say "trust us?"

If the senate approves new supreme court justices, it also ought to be able to convict them after impeachment and remove them.
