I have the usual gripes about the show (less episodic and more a feature length thing chopped into chunks), but I keep mulling the fight choreography. Kind of the ideal medium for characters to beat the hell out of each other without any real life stunt risks, but it lacks the pacing of a good fight
Got clued into how fine we're cutting it when promotional sneak peeks, something I generate, hit a snag and I suggested we wait for a more optimal version.
"We would wait, but this is due today."
If I had to guess, it has something to do with being very close to contractual milestones. Once an episode's various stuff is handed off and verified, the production house gets paid. And if I'm not there to hand it off in all the various specs, nobody gets paid.
The deeply frustrating feeling of wanting to go to something but unfortunately being the most important person in the promo delivery pipeline.

Someone wants to look at the apartment.
A hornet(?) hangs out on the opposite side of the window.
"So you're pitching a long sleeve shirt with a graphic of our...hooded jacket?"
"Yes."

This just seems impractical, even by absurdist popcorn bucket standards.

Thanks for doing the signing! I can't imagine how stressful a book launch/tour can be.
I'll keep an eye out for your work in the Mothership module! They've been a really good source for artists to follow.
And weirder yet: the physical copies are still available.
So a movie I have been dithering on seeing landed on VOD, and after even more dithering (restoring some obliterated funds), I went to look how much a rental would be...
And it can't be found digitally. "Rights issue."
The film was released! In theaters! Little late for some lawyers to wake up.
Trying to wind down the night, mentally checklist everything going on in the upcoming week, and realizing there's a whole lotta unknowns barreling down at us.

Things have been so overcharged (three concurrent series hitting delivery phase) that when there's downtime I rapidly grow panicked.
Am I missing some critical email? Is my connection bad? Have my credentials been revoked? Did the series get cancelled with extreme prejudice? Just spiraling.
