it's amazing installing windows and its just at the desktop in a precreated local account with no wallpaper and no built in apps and most settings the way you want them from the get go.

thats what is expected, dont put your brain on a leash! listen to your thoughts as often as you are able to, even when unmedicated or even when self medicated *wink. learn to judge when its a chaotic or not the right time up in the ol brainbox and maybe take pauses/distractions then if you need to.
