Sometimes Pixel artist. Sometimes anime nerd. Sometimes plays video games. I do not give permission for any of my art to be put into AI generators or turned into NFT's or anything of the like.

Heres another set of KH CoM cards. This would actually be the tenth set I've made so i'm pretty proud of myself. That makes these 145 to 160.

Names and references will be in the alt text if you wanna guess which are which. Some are original designs
Exact same issue here. "Man I'd love to learn how to do this thing" countered by needing to be taught a specific way otherwise I suffer an anxiety attack, or alternatively, wanting to be creative but simultaneously 'not feeling like it' so its hard to drag myself to do it unless I trick myself.
The idea of 'you could just NOT use it" is kinda something I've been thinking about lately too.

In this case, it sounds like the Chainsaw was more like an alternate playstyle in old SH? You could go for it but it has its own drawbacks so its a different experience

as opposed to 'the easy option'
For an example, I made a single character mod for Rivals of Aether (a MOD) and here is the list of animations I was given in order to make that happen.

Yeah sure, the attack animations were obvious, but there's so many little animations you don't even notice but can be important for game feel
youtu.be/nGaajB8m5Q0?... Fun fact actually: Sakurai claims he did write every single Parameter for every character in melee.

But this was just for Melee and just for TUNING the characters. He was definitely very hands-on during development of Ultimate but he still didn't do EVERYTHING himself.

Yeah, I didn't find the levels that bad when I played it, and I assume its cause I wasn't trying to see if I can beat the level without moving left and right like other people were doing.

Like sure, it doesn't fully excuse that thats possible, but its definitely not as bad people make it sound.

Dang, I remember playing this waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day, classic.

Honestly, something annoying about Heihachi's revival this time is they didn't even need to do it. You could've just had him be DLC and not had him return in lore at all but whatever.
I'd be happy with one the same style as Dissidia Duodecim. Just....don't do the forced team thing or put it on mobile devices.
The one that annoyed me was Psychonauts 2.

There's one level where you can get ALOT of flavour text by connecting thoughts, but if you take too long, the game just tells you the answer on which thoughts to connect. It will literally INTERRUPT the flavour text to backseat you.
Don't need to be so hostile just cause I bring it up. Yeesh.
uh, unfortunately not. I actually have a hard time falling asleep to begin with and "knowing I have to wake-up early the next day" can also just prevent me from getting to sleep so thats fun.

Uh, get plushies. They'll help i'm sure!
Time to learn that staying in bed and oversleeping also leads to being tired. Good luck

Even more proof that bsky are quite literally suppressing people they don't like.

so allegedly bluesky is preventing people from seeing their own posts asking for alternative websites?

uh??????
what the actual fuck
But his name doesn't start with V

Would that make it the "AV Club?"
make a plan to jinx your next plan and then you won't
One that comes to mind is a Fighting game video (I believe its by sugarpunch) about how Nerfing characters feels worse than buffing them. People interpreted it as "THIS IS WHY WE SHOULD ALWAYS BUFF AND NEVER NERF" when that statement is never once said in the video itself.
I can give plenty of examples of games people think are bad that I can use as a *good* example of something. Mighty no. 9 introduces more ways for Beck to interact with bosses, adding more character, and Balan Wonderworld's bosses actually have a cool set-up that encourages experimenting
Art is so flexible that just about anything you can think of that might be a 'hard rule' to be 'objectively good' can or has likely been subverted to show it's not true.
The one that drives me up the wall is Astral Chain. They constantly tell YOU what YOU are feeling all while the protagonist just stands there plain-faced

No, I didn't break the rules because "I'm so desperate to catch Jena;" I did that cause this is a video game and its how I progress the game.
Yeah. To me, breaking the mold and trying different things is how you move things forward to begin with. I hate when people complain something isn't like what they're used to therefore its bad, or wish something played more like what they're familiar with instead of adjusting to it.
wait, do people really say "the protag must be silent so the player can relate to them"? Because nothing makes me relate to the protagonist LESS than making them silent. It just reminds me i'm playing a video game because the character I'm playing never reacts to anything.
Hazards can refer to enemies or stage hazards too so it still applies. Actually, come to think of it, 'hazards' is even broad enough that it apply to games without enemies too.
Better word might be "Hazards" rather than "Enemies."

The example that comes to mind is Mighty no. 9; I think it has some issues with how specific hazards are placed but enemies aren't usually the problem. If anything, the enemies are placed well enough to get you to use your weapons smartly
wait, whats Northsky and Blacksky?
